In regards to the reading list for the Maya Weekend in April at the University of Pennsylvania Museum, I highly recommend these three volumes by Lawrence Feldman: Lost Shores, Forgotten Peoples A Tumpline Economy History of the Foundation of the Town of Chamiquin in the Province of Verapaz.
