[Aztlan] Assistance with a Tikal stela 31 glyph

Is there anyone who can help me translate glyph G18 on the back of stela 31
from Tikal?  The text is talking of the end of the 9th baktun under the
auspices of Stormy Sky who is related to _________________ Lady Une Balam.
The glyph for Lady Une Balam at H18 is the same as the glyph for a Lady Une
Balam at D8.  At the latter, she is wrapping up the katun of 317 CE.  She
cannot still be alive in 435 CE when Stormy Sky is wrapping up the baktun
9.0.0.0.0.  We could be talking about 2 ladies here but I doubt it.  Stormy
Sky seems to be at pains to relate himself very deliberately to the same
Lady Une Balam to emphasize his legitimacy from the queen who ruled in 317.
I also doubt he can be her son because he is the son of Curl Snout who
himself was not born before she died.

The best reading I can get for G18 on my copy of text is:
"u - ? - na"  The ? could be a form of "winik" (person), upside down "se",
upside down "cha/ka" or "naab" (water place or plaza).  My spectulation is
that he is claiming descent from the house of Lady Une Balam but that
depends on the translation.
