addresses (only).   Copies are sent priority mail.   

If you would like a copy to read in preparation for the Austin Maya Meetings,
or for any other reason, please send check for $28 payable to Ecological 
Linguistics.   (All payments received go to the author or to the post 
office.)
If copies run out, checks will be returned uncashed and voided.
