Syntactily, this is quite simple: In = I (Subject), -ech =You (Object). Insert 
your verb or noun of choice in between.

@Paul: I must admit that I have not read your book on Xuxub so far. But it 
cannot be that hard. Maybe trying some kind of inter-library-loan...
