[Aztlan] Excavations in Sinaloa

Listeros,

INAH excavations at Las Labradas in Sinaloa have yielded artifacts  
from the 900-1100 CE period when the area was influenced by the Toltec  
culture. So far, ceramic dishes, bowls and metates have been found.  
Spirals, cirlces, sun and caiman designs are present. Petroglyphs  
dating back to 300 BCE in the area have been catalogued. Excavations  
will continue.
