The article is from Peter d'Errico, a consulting attorney on indigenous peoples' legal 
issues. I found it interesting for the Aztlan listeros.

Being peruvian, and watching every day the way our people treat our ancestors remains,
demolishing with no scruple entire ceremonial centers and scatering their bones to build 
over them, I have always being impressed by, and jealous of, the zeal of the north american
natives for an honorable treatement of their ancestors remains. But maybe there is to much
zeal sometimes, preventing the archaeologist to do their job.
