Mike,
To the best of my knowledge neither have been 14C dated.

Over a year ago I was researching the Jacob's Cave bone. It was discovered in 1921 (well before the discoveries at Folsom and Clovis that proved man had hunted Pleistocene fauna in the Americas). I ran into a dead end and never did find out the present location of the artifact or if any attempt had been made to date it. http://www.jstor.org/pss/662919

The Valsequillo bone was engraved while the bone was still fresh however it was so heavily mineralized that no 14C dating was possible. Then it 'mysteriously disappeared' from the museum where it was stored and is still missing. Some images here: http://www.hallofmaat.com/read.php?1,511192,511259#msg-511259
