I totally agree with Mike Smith. This was most evident in the last 
Olmec portfolio: No provenience, no location of the pieces. There is 
only one mural in the mural section; others are stela and rock 
carvings...

Objects from U.S. museums are almost certainly looted and, hence, 
authenticity is always suspect. Not much good for research.

Shouldn't people who want a first introduction to art styles be 
treated to authentic information?
