[Aztlan] Left-handedness

Several listeros have mentioned Tezcatlipoca in this context.  I do not 
recall having seen a reference to a new book which focuses on the god.  
I highly recommend Guilhem Olivier's _Mockeries and Metamorphoses of and 
Aztec God: Tezcatlipoca, "Lord of the Smoking Mirror"_

Chapter 7 deals with the twin iconographic symbols of the god: his torn 
foot (left) and the smoking mirror.  Obviously Guilhem also considers 
comparisons to the other, better known, lefty, Huitzilopochtli.
