[Aztlan] Confidentiality and My Survey

Friends,

Regarding my questionnaire - I have added the following statements to
the first page that clarifies confidentiality questions and the use of
the data:

"Individual responses and personal information gathered through this
survey will be kept confidential. In addition, it is Survey Monkey's
policy that they will not use your information for their own purposes.
The statistical results of my survey will be shared on my blog at
http://gispalenque.blogspot.com/ and may be presented at meetings
where the results are of interests to others.."
