[Aztlan] Replica of Aztec Capital to be Built in Mexico

Crikey, this is getting embarrassing!  Please could someone put me out of my
misery?!!  The link has come through faulty once more!!!  (Why do these
things always happen to someone like me...?)  Now I'm convinced Fritz
entered it right the first time, but there's a technical thingy going on
that's preventing the code from appearing correctly.  The link below should
include the digits '36396' at the end, NOT '6396'.  We've entered the
correct one on our website and it works fine.

While I'm on the case, there's an interesting number discrepancy between the
Spanish and English language links that are supplied.  The Mexican press say
the budget is '3 million dollars', the Art Daily one '3 billion dollars'!
Number three seems to be jinxed today...
