[Aztlan] Pre-Columbian Workshops

Is there any particular type of workshop you are interested in?  

Two pretty seminal studies include the lithic workshops at Colha, Belize, and the studies of workshops and production at Xaltocan, in the Basin of Mexico.  Lots published on both case studies.
