[Nahuat-l] nahuac and possessed plural

Should NAHUAC be added before or after HUAN in possessed plural nouns?

-- NOCALNAHUACHUAN or NOCALHUANNAHUAC?

and with ALTEPETL in the singular, should the UH be included?

-- NALTEPEUHNAHUAC or NALTEPEHUAC?
