Excavation was carried out under a permit from the Belize Institute of Archaeology acquired by Dr. Cynthia Robin of Northwestern University. I would especially like to thank Don Ishmael Chan of San José Succotz, Belize for allowing us to excavate on his land.

Excavations were carried out by Don Bernabe Camal, José López, Ishmael Chan, and Placido Cunil; all of San José Succotz. Without their years of experience I would not have been able to achieve all the goals of this project.
